MDIA 4902 - Team Project Blog Assignment

For the MDIA 4902 class, we have been put into teams and have been given the task of managing an entity's social media presence, whether it be an artist, a company, or another entity. My group has chosen to manage the social media presence of NeverWake, an Ohio-based rock band with an established social media presence.

For this week's blog assignment, we have been asked to write about what we have contributed to the project for the first week. Since our class period, I have been researching the band, listening to their music, browsing their social media profiles, and taking notes on the content on their pages and identifying areas in which we may be able to improve on their social media presence outside of what they are already doing. Once we all collaborate and piece together our research, we will have a much better understanding of where we will need to go from here with improving their social media marketing and their online presence.
